Day one
Arrive on Cape Cod 
Friday, Sept. 19th 5:00 p.m.

Start the letting go process.....

  • Be greeted by Nicole and Jen

  • Meet fellow retreat guests

  • Explore your home away from home

  • Enjoy a refreshing drink and snack

  • ​Take a short walk 

  • Enjoy a 30 min Yoga session to set the intention for the weekend and to prepare you mind and body to rest.

  • Dinner and chill time.

Day two
Saturday, Sept. 20th

Wake up feeling refreshed and excited for a day of BEING and not DOING......

  • Start your day with a delicious breakfast

  • Enjoy a mindful cup of coffee or tea

  • Take a morning walk

  • Fun activities to choose from

  • Lunch

  • More fun adventures to choose from

  • Delicious dinner

  • Evening yoga and meditation

Day 3
Sunday, Sept. 21st

Your mind and body are aligning and your heart is light.....
